The Labor and Commerce Committee considered CS FOR HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 101(L&C) An Act relating to the mailing requirements                  
that must be followed by the commissioner of commerce and                      
economic development to involuntarily dissolve certain organized               
entities; relating to the reinstatement of corporations that are public        
utilities and that have been involuntarily dissolved; and providing for
